• Custom Spring Manufacturing

  Our shop is equipped with 36 high precision, CNC coiling machines, and complete tool making abilities. We produce a wide variety of compression, torsion, and extension springs; however, we can also manufacture barrel, battery contact, conductive, and constant force or “clock springs” with the same level of precision and speed. We can also accommodate requirements for a wide range of spring end configurations and provide surface grinding in-house, further streamlining the production process.

• Fourslide Stamping Service

  Fourslide stamping is a unique process that combines forming and stamping all in one machine. Our fourslide stamping can produce up to 10,000 pieces per hour all while holding tolerances of ±.003″. We take your brass, copper, bronze and steel and manufacture cost-effective and high-quality components for your lighting fixtures, appliances, battery contacts and power tools.

• Wire Forms Manufacturing

  We have been working with wire since 1959. Our depth of experience bring efficiency and quality to manufacture wire forms for a wide variety of industries and applications including aerospace, automotive, electronics, mining, plumbing, and the power distribution industries. We produce wire forms from a diverse range of materials. These encompass various steels and steel alloys, aluminum, brass bronze, and stainless steel. We meet standards set by ANSI, ASME, ASTM, DFARS, ISO, various MIL-Spec, and many more.

• Precision Pin Manufacturing

  Plymouth Spring makes solid wire pins from many different materials. Our pins are a scrapless product that is formed versus cut. Designed with a clean radius end our pins can be made at a fraction of the cost of screw machine parts. We have provided wire forms and precision pins for applications from aerospace, automotive and electronics to mining, plumbing, and the power distribution industries with uses like shafts, male connector pins, mechanical applications, and lock pins for lock sets.
